about my journal and why it's friends only...

i write on a very personal level. i don't hold back. i am very raw, open and honest. some things i write in my journal may be painful for some to read, but i ask you to understand where the pain is coming from before you judge.  it is very important that i feel comfortable and have a connection to you before i can add you. i feel with every part of my heart. 

i've been through a number of traumatic events in my life that has made me into the person i am.  i don't consider myself a negative person. everyday i remind myself how lucky i am to be alive & breathing. however, when i do have a bad day, it is intense, but i know without the rain, there will be no rainbow.
